ELOKON develops, manufactures and distributes state-of-the-art assistance systems, the kind you might know from your car. We develop such systems for forklift trucks, driverless transport systems and mobile robots and serve over 2,000 customers worldwide.

Due to our solid and profitable growth in recent years, ELOKON Inc. is  currently expanding this admin position and is looking to recruit an

Vice President of Operations.

 


Your responsibilites:

~Customer Service and Support

·         Manage and dispatch customer service technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

·         Expand and strengthen the customer support team by hiring and developing top talent.

~Project Management and Implementation

·         Oversee the implementation of ELOKON product solutions for North American Fortune 1,000 customers.

·         Ensure seamless coordination and execution of large-scale, multi-site rollouts.

~Supply Chain and Case Management

·         Liaise with ELOKON Germany to handle all supply chain-related topics, including product forecasting and ensuring timely delivery to North American customers.

·         Oversee internal case management and communication of resolutions to customers.

~Finance, HR, and Recruitment

·         Lead and manage the finance and purchasing teams to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.

·         Oversee HR and recruitment to attract, retain, and develop top talent, aligning team growth with business needs.

~Process Improvement and Digital Transformation

·         Address the growing pains of a rapidly expanding organization by implementing process improvements across all operations.

·         Deploy digital solutions and platforms to enhance customer loyalty, reduce costs, and strengthen team cohesion.

~Leadership and Strategy

·         Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving initiatives that align with ELOKON Inc.’s growth objectives.

·         Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Our Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Will work remotely out of their home office.
  • Residence within the Metro Atlanta area preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% as the position requires.
  • Should hold a valid passport
