ELOKON develops, manufactures and distributes state-of-the-art assistance systems, the kind you might know from your car. We develop such systems for forklift trucks, driverless transport systems and mobile robots and serve over 2,000 customers worldwide.

Due to our solid and profitable growth in recent years, ELOKON Inc. is  currently expanding this admin position and is looking to recruit an

HR Generalist (part or full time).

 


Your responsibilites:

  • Interviewing and hiring new staff.
  • Managing pay, benefits, and leave.
  • Organizing employment records.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Preparing and running performance evaluations.
  • Enforcing company policies and practices.
  • Comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures and updating if needed.
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Drafting templates for HR documents, and assisting with the upkeep of employee handbooks, directories and organizational charts.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Our Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Will work remotely out of their home office.
  • Residence within the Metro Atlanta area preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% as the position requires.
  • Should hold a valid passport
