ELOKON Inc. is the North American subsidiary of ELOKON GmbH. To capitalize on our recent customer successes in the North American markets, ELOKON Inc. is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager that will report to VP of Sales.


Job Overview

The National Sales Manager is responsible for collaborating with the sales teams, and clients to provide ELOKON solutions and product expertise to drive successful key business opportunities. You’ll be resonsible for managing a team of enterprise and channel account managers within our national sales department. In this high-impact role, you will manage and develop the execution of outside sales, customer account planning, and customer relationship management strategies. Your leadership will be key to consistently achieving both quarterly and annual growth objectives. Through strategic goal setting, sales planning, and executing business objectives you play a pivotal role in the company. You will leverage ELOKON‘s full product and services portfolio to provide solutions focused on client equipment and machinery safety needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise and channel sales members goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Focus on increasing gross margin percentage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key potential and established customers to ensure that the company is aggressively growing revenue opportunity, while meeting customer needs and retaining business
  • Work with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs.
  • Use internal company tools, systems (e.g. Salesforce, Teams, ZoomInfo, Salesviewer) and resources to verify and document discovery meetings with clients that accurately records opportunity details e.g. budget, authority, needs, timeline (BANT).
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training and development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Manage your own sales accounts in addition to leading a diverse team.
  • Provide product and solution guidance throughout the sales process, to help reduce the time to sale.
  • As an owner of assigned accounts, identify and successfully manage requirements and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
  • Travel as required and represent ELOKON Technologies at assigned trade shows and other events.

The candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing B2B enterprise and channel sales team verticals for industries, solutions, and services including but not limited to fortune 500 manufacturing/distribution operations, material handling equipment OEM/partners, WMS technology, facility safety management, powered industrial truck access & control systems, process automation solutions, automated guided vehicles, autonomous mobile robots, solutions, and SaaS technology sales.
  • Must have a demonstrated track record of integrity, leadership, and growth managing enterprise and channel sales verticals for >20 key accounts.
  • Must have advanced sales and analytical acumen, customer facing and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to quickly build credibility amongst team members, and existing clients.
  • Must have strong knowledge of material handling equipment and safety solutions, either through work with industry participants or consulting to the industry.
  • Must have advanced project scoping & pricing proforma structuring skills.
  • Experience with production and distribution environments.
  • 5+ years CRM experience (Salesforce experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently (self-starter) and manage a diverse team of direct reports.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office products.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong meeting planning experience desired.

Requirements

  • You must be legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Will work out of their home office.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% as the position requires.
  • Must hold a valid passport.
